Elite Presence Consulting provides a professional advisory service focused on professional presence, representation, and refined communication. Consultations are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

Each evaluation consultation is one hour, conducted by video conference. Fixed daily times are offered in Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles), and clients outside that region may submit a time-zone request.

A reservation is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. Meeting access details are sent separately before the consultation.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, so the time can be offered to another client. Requests may be made through our contact page. Full details are set out in our cancellation and no-show policy.

If a client does not attend within 15 minutes of the scheduled start, the consultation is treated as a no-show and the reservation is released. No fee is charged at this time.

Clients agree to provide accurate contact information, to attend at the reserved time, and to be prepared with the context needed for a productive session. A stable internet connection and a suitable environment for a confidential conversation are recommended.

Information shared during a consultation is treated as confidential and handled with strict discretion, subject to applicable law and necessary service providers. See our privacy policy for details.

Evaluation consultations reserved through this website are currently offered without charge. Any future fees, deposits, or payment terms will be presented clearly before a reservation is completed and will apply only to bookings made after that time.

Our advisory work is provided in good faith and based on the information you share. Outcomes depend on your own decisions and execution. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a consultation is limited to the amount paid for that consultation.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published at the time of your reservation applies to that reservation.
